кредитно-денежная политика
Одно из направлений экономической политики государства, решающее общие и смежные вопросы с такими ее направлениями, как бюджетная политика, финансовая политика, валютная и т.п. – вопросы, связанные с функционированием и регулированием «финансового сектора» экономики (См.Банки, «Классическая дихотомия»). Среди задач кредитно-финансовой политики – регулирование денежного обращения в стране, поддержание степени монетизации экономики, а также инфляции и банковского процента на оптимальном уровне, обеспечение бесперебойных денежных расчетов по всей территории страны. К-д. политику проводят, прежде всего, такие институты как Центральный банк («кредитор последней инстанции»), система государственных и коммерческих банков («финансовых посредников») и расчетных учреждений. Их главные инструменты – денежная эмиссия, кредитование хозяйствующих субъектов всех уровней – от правительства до индивидуальных предпринимателей и домохозяйств. Подробнее см. Денежная политика.
